Biography
Professional career
- Before joining the court, Renn worked as a solo practitioner where his case load focused predominantly on bankruptcy matters. He also served as a Chapter 7 Trustee for the District of Oregon from February 2002 until his appointment to the bench in October 2011. In addition, Renn taught bankruptcy law as an adjunct professor at both Northwestern School of Law and Lewis and Clark College.
