Biography
Professional career
- Tucker clerked for Hon. Albert J. Engel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He later entered private practice for twenty years with the law firm of Cooper and Walinski, LPA, of Toledo, Ohio, where he focused on commercial litigation, including bankruptcy, Uniform Commercial Code, and contract dispute matters.
