Judge Schreiber permits PowerPoint in opening if a hard copy is filed and the presentation is disclosed to opposing counsel far enough in advance to resolve objections.
If a Power Point presentation is to be used in opening statement, a hard copy must be filed with the Clerk to create an appellate record.
