Presentation rules
Chief Judge Swain requires notice to the Courtroom Deputy before electronic equipment is used to publish exhibits.
If counsel intend to use electronic equipment to publish exhibits, counsel must notify the Courtroom Deputy so that any necessary arrangements can be made in a timely fashion.
