Presentation rules
Judge Weiss presumes short non-evidentiary hearings are virtual, requires evidentiary hearings in person unless ordered otherwise, and accepts hearing materials electronically by email.
All evidentiary hearings shall be in person unless otherwise indicated by court Order.
