Trial Exhibits
Judge Seybert requires pre-marked documentary exhibits and tabbed binders or labeled folders three days before civil jury selection or a civil bench trial, unless otherwise ordered.
The parties shall also provide the Court with two (2) copies of pre-marked exhibits that are to be assembled and tabbed sequentially in loose-leaf binders, or, if voluminous, in separate manila folders labeled with the exhibit numbers or letters and placed in a suitable container for ready reference.Individual Rules and Practices of the Honorable Joanna Seybert ↗
Civil Remote Testimony
In federal district-court civil proceedings, testimony is ordinarily taken in open court; remote contemporaneous testimony requires good cause in compelling circumstances and appropriate safeguards.

Criminal Recording And Broadcasting
Federal district courts may not permit courtroom photography or broadcasting during criminal judicial proceedings unless a statute or another federal rule provides an exception.
