Non-text exhibits that cannot be filed electronically should be submitted on a virus-scanned USB drive to the Clerk's Office (labeled ‘Original’) and to chambers (labeled ‘Courtesy Copy’). Related papers filed on ECF must clearly indicate how the exhibits were filed, and what virus-scanning device was employed.
