Oral Argument Time

Delaware Supreme Court oral argument is granted in roughly 30 percent of appeals and is ordinarily limited to 20 minutes per side before a panel or 25 minutes per side en banc.

The Court permits oral argument in approximately 30% of its cases. Each side is generally allotted 20 minutes before a panel and 25 minutes before the Court en Banc.

Delaware Judicial Branch operating procedures generally restrict courthouse photography and audio or video recording, subject to limited exceptions.

With limited exceptions, visitors will not be allowed to take photos or record audio or video in the courthouse.
