Courtroom Technology
Judge McMahon's courtroom provides basic presentation equipment; other technology must be supplied and operated by the party, with electronic devices requiring a specific court order for courthouse entry.
The courtroom is equipped with outlets, microphones, an easel, and a screen. If you require any other technology, you must provide it yourself. You must also be able to operate it yourself. Civil Remote Testimony
In federal district-court civil proceedings, testimony is ordinarily taken in open court; remote contemporaneous testimony requires good cause in compelling circumstances and appropriate safeguards.

Criminal Recording And Broadcasting
Federal district courts may not permit courtroom photography or broadcasting during criminal judicial proceedings unless a statute or another federal rule provides an exception.
