Professional career
- Prior to being appointed to the Lawrence County Circuit Court, McCord served as the Lawrence County juvenile court referee. She also served as judge pro tem for Richard D. McIntyre while he was away on active duty for the Indiana National Guard. She was admitted to the bar in 1990.
