Biography
Professional career
- Prior to his appointment, Judge Goble served as the Deputy San Juan County Attorney in the Seventh District and as an Assistant Attorney General in the Child Welfare Division for Grand and San Juan Counties.
- He was a practicing attorney from 2009 until his appointment.
- Before practicing in the Seventh District he served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Division throughout every District in Utah, and as a prosecutor for Salt Lake City.
Judicial service
- Judge Alex Goble was appointed to the Sixth District Juvenile Court in August, 2022 by Governor Spencer Cox.

Portable Electronic Devices
Utah permits possession and use of portable electronic devices in courthouses unless limited by UCJA Rule 4-401.02 or by directive of the judge.

Recording Photography Transmission
Utah prohibits recording, photographing, or transmitting images or sound of court proceedings with portable electronic devices unless allowed under the electronic-media rule or another stated exception.
