Biography
Professional career
- Prior to his role as a New York Court of Claims judge, Armstrong served as a Mount Vernon City Court judge from 2015 to 2020. He is also a former principal law clerk for the New York State Office of Court Administration (1993-2015) and a former assistant district attorney for the Office of the Bronx District Attorney (1990-1993). Prior to his role as an adjunct professor at Monroe College, Armstrong held teaching positions at Pace University (2001-2018) and Mercy College (1998-2009).
